Dinner, decided.
Plateful collects your recipes, plans your week around how your household actually eats, and turns it all into a grocery cart — filled in one click.
Free during early access · No credit card required
From “what's for dinner?” to a full cart
Three steps, once a week. The thinking is Plateful's job — the cooking stays yours.
Collect recipes from anywhere
Paste a link, upload a PDF, or just describe how you make it in your own words. Plateful turns it into a clean, structured recipe — allergens and dietary flags detected automatically.
Plan your week in one tap
Generate a week that fits your schedule, budget, and everyone's diets. Lock the keepers, swap the rest, and keep Taco Tuesday sacred. Plateful learns what your household actually eats.
Shop with one click
Your plan becomes one consolidated grocery list — sorted by your store's aisles, or sent straight to your Whole Foods cart with the Chrome extension.
Every recipe you love, in one place
Your recipes live in browser tabs, cookbook photos, and your head. Plateful takes them however they come.
- Paste a link from any recipe site — structured import in seconds
- Upload a PDF or cookbook scan and let Plateful parse it
- Describe a dish in your own words; get a complete written recipe
- Allergens and dietary flags detected automatically on every import
- Scale servings up or down and quantities follow
A week of dinners in one tap
Tell Plateful how your household eats — busy nights, budget, diets, how adventurous you're feeling — and get a plan built for your real week, not an idealized one.
- Lock the meals you love, re-roll the ones you don't
- Recurring rituals like Taco Tuesday stay put automatically
- Weeknight quick meals, weekend project cooking — it knows the difference
- Leftovers get scheduled as tomorrow's lunch, on purpose
- Recipes are chosen to share ingredients, so less food goes to waste
The list writes itself
Confirm your plan and the shopping list is already done — consolidated, de-duplicated, and sorted the way you walk your store.
- Three recipes with onions become one line with the right total
- 2 tbsp + ¼ cup of olive oil? Combined and converted for you
- Pantry items you already have get skipped automatically
- Weekly staples review: restock milk, eggs, and coffee in under a minute
- Share the list with your household — or by link with anyone
One click to a full cart
The Plateful extension fills your Whole Foods cart while you watch — item by item, using the brands you actually buy.
- Remembers your picks: choose Organic Valley once, get it every time
- Low-confidence matches pause and show you the top options
- Anything unmatched is flagged clearly — nothing silently dropped
- Runs in your own Amazon session; Plateful never sees your login
Everyone eats. Everyone's covered.
Link your household into one shared kitchen: one plan, one list, and a planner that respects every person's diet at once.
- Shared meal plan and grocery list across accounts
- Per-person allergen and dietary profiles the planner never violates
- Kid profiles without separate logins
- Anyone can check off items while shopping — the list stays in sync
However your household eats, Plateful keeps up
The weeknight juggler
Practice at 5, dinner at 6:30. Tag weekdays as quick-meals-only and Plateful keeps every school-night dinner under 30 minutes — saving the braises for Sunday.
The batch prepper
Cook once, eat twice. Plateful schedules leftovers as tomorrow's lunch automatically and plans recipes that share ingredients, so half a bunch of cilantro never dies in the crisper.
The allergy-aware family
One kid can't do peanuts, one adult skips gluten. Per-person profiles mean every generated plan is safe for the whole table — no label-squinting required.
Free while we set the table
Every feature — recipe import, AI meal plans, smart grocery lists, the Whole Foods extension, household sharing — free during early access. No credit card, no trial clock.
Questions, answered
Do I have to type in all my recipes?
No. Paste a URL from any recipe site, upload a PDF (cookbook scans work), or just describe how you cook a dish in plain words — Plateful structures it into ingredients, steps, timing, and servings for you to review and save.
Does it work with my grocery store?
The grocery list works with any store — teach Plateful your store's aisle order once and every list comes out sorted for the way you walk it. One-click cart filling works with Amazon Whole Foods today, with more retailers on the roadmap.
Does Plateful get access to my Amazon account?
No. The Chrome extension runs entirely in your browser using your own Amazon session. Your Amazon credentials are never stored by or transmitted to Plateful — we never see them.
Can my partner see the plan and the list?
Yes. Link accounts into a household to share one meal plan and one grocery list. Anyone can check items off while shopping, and you can also share a list by link with someone who doesn't have an account.
What about allergies and diets?
Every household member gets their own dietary profile — allergens, vegetarian, gluten-free, and more. Recipes are auto-scanned for allergens, and generated meal plans respect every profile in the household at once.
What does it cost?
Plateful is free while we're in early access — every feature, no credit card. When paid plans arrive, early members will hear about it first.
